broke up with bf last night. may have contributed to gradual weight loss :)
179.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Sorry about the BF. Don't fall into the comfort eating trap and remember that you are doing this to feel better about yourself. One thing I figured out a while back is that I needed to be happy with me and that I shouldn't look for happiness from other people or things. Work on being happy with you and that happiness will flow to other areas of your life. Stick with it!

aww thanks guys. thats so sweet. i'm doing it all for the right reasons, or so it feels in my head... lol. i feel good! i worked out this evening for like an 1hr+, it was so intense i had to take a half hour nap right in the gym. good times good times. should be in the 178-77 tmro morning! :D
