I'm.going to start the 13 day diet. yes, another fad diet. seeing weight drop quickly really helps me because it decreases my appetite and gives me some much needed discipline. Here's to day one insha Allah :)
159.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
