Not gaining but not losing.....
188.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol i'm going threw the exact same thing right now. after i lost 15 lbs I hit a plataue. It really sucks. I don't know what to do but i'm just saying you're not alone.

If you are entering everything into fatsecret, I can see where your problem is. You are all over the place on calories. You should aim for NO LESS than 1500 calories per day. You should have a minimum of 1500 to 1800. If not, your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to every ounce. (You are averaging 900/day)
