Wednesday had too many evening "nibbles", including a 45-calorie Skinny Girl protein drink that I forgot to log. On the other hand, I took no furosemide Wednesday, so water weight's probably accumulating. I had light cream cheese and a bite of manchego (I THINK it was Wed. night) Went with Phyllis to Jack's and had ham and cheese grilled sandwich, onion rings and about 1/3 c. of coleslaw.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
