Not a bad re-feed gain. So proud of you!

While I was frying up my three sausage patties last night, I had a thought that I should fry up a fourth for the grandkids. I ignored that thought and ended up eating two patties 😁 Then I fried three more because each child wanted their own. They eat from the minute they enter my house until they leave.

That's really not a bad re-gain, good for you! My grandkids are too little to eat me out of house and home yet, but I can't wait. Have a good day.

They're growing kids; we're shrinking adults (who are trying to learn to eat differently than when were growing kids).

Their appetite varies and we never force them to eat. When they are growing, they eat more, when sick, they eat less. Normal weight kids with obese mother, grandmother, great grand, great great grand, and great great great grandmothers!

It never ends with the kids. My 17 year old son is shorter than I am and his mother and half-sister are obese. I'm 5'10" and can really pack on the the lbs but he's 5'7" and I worry about what happens if he lets the athlete's body go like I did. Being an example is a big part of my inspiration.

Solong as they are growing and active, there is nothing to worry about, despite family. Keep encouraging them to be active and to only eat if they are hungry. Balance in all things! Keep up the good work!! You can do this!!
