Day 17: Lift Day (Rotation 5, Day 1)
I'm going to ease into today's exercise with some lower weights and higher reps. I think that might be needed as the shoulder just doesn't seem to like the higher weights and lower reps. It'll at least let me keep going while it heals.
It does feel better, though, but it is definitely not a regular sore muscle D:!
On the PLUS side, I hit my "mini-goal" of seeing the 230s again this week! I honestly was surprised, but I'll take it!
