Not been easy since the 2 week cruise in march and winter. Not been exercising anywhere near as much which makes a big difference. However I weighed in this morning and have dropped .5kg by sticking to the plan. doing another 2 week cruise in March next year so trying to get back down again to allow for it. We are all human so I will put some on, on the cruise. Will be able to exercise as the weather gets better. At the moment I walk around the house a bit.
