This week, I continued well, despite some big life changes occuring and continuing to occcur over the last and next few months. I have been able to stick to ensuring im hitting between 10k and 15k steps a day, and the 5:2 diet.
It's working..my back is less sore, i actually feel like running (but wont try that yet). and i am able to say no to food most of the time :)
