Woohoo! One more pound!!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2133 kcal Fat: 73.10g | Prot: 86.54g | Carb: 296.00g.   Breakfast: divinity, Grapefruit, Oikos 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer. Lunch: divinity, 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Crackerfuls Cheddar Cheese, Bing Cherries, Bagel Thins - Everything, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner: cucumber, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tomatoes, Ranch Vinaigrette Salad Spritzers, pine nuts, okra, white rice, salmon. Snacks/Other: divinity, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer, PK's Chex Mix. more...
