Big variation compared to yesterday. I think it is because I was retaining liquids and so... But in any case I shall check again in a couple of days to see if these are indeed the 'real' numbers.

Anyway - a loss is a loss!

If anybody is reading this:have you experienced these big variations? I know that the weight of the day depends very much on liquid retention, bloating and all these factors; but from yesterday to today I believe this is really a big variation... I don't know which numbers to trust haha.
149.9 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've experienced huge variations before. But so many factors impact that number. Water retention, waste retention, the time of day, etc. I usually wait a few days and recheck, too.

Hey Chica, thanks for reading and the support! Yeah I don't think I experienced such a big variation before from one day to the other, so I got a bit unsure of what the real numbers are. But well as you said I'll give it a few days and then I'll know... thanks!

Yep, I weighed myself last night and it's 3lbs higher this morning. No way I'm tracking that unless it's still registering in a few days. Good luck with continuing the downward trend. You are doing great.
