Nice surprise this morning at weigh in. I haven't seen this kind of weekly loss since week number one. Hope it was legit and not a joke my scale played on me!
182.1 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
