Forgot to do a journal entry yesterday. Basically had a couple McD's sausage breakfast burritos, a banana sandwich, and this plate for dinner. Rice, pinto beans, carne asada, corn tortillas and fantastic salsa, freshly made. No exercise yesterday.
Brunch was grits, 4 eggs, fried banana and 2 slices of toast. Washed down with 2 cups black coffee.
