I did go about fifty calories over yesterday, but I also reduced my RDA by 100 calories. Exercise is going to be an issue a well, especially since I've had to cut back to six hours of sleep a night to fit in Joe's family, both sides of my family, seeing Ethan off to Chicago or whereeverthefuck he's going, my roommate's birthday AND my brothers birthday. And I'm almost certain I'm retaining water/PMSing. I'll have to be very careful with my calories, but at least I'm not GAINING weight (so far).
