Worked out with weights this morning followed by 20 minutes on a stationary bicycle. Trying to vary my routine a bit, and see if it helps my knee.

I have my bookclub meeting tonight. I've looked over the menu, and decided I should order the grilled chicken salad. Just gotta avoid the appetizers and wine. Wish me luck! I'll give you a report tomorrow.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck! Good idea to vary your workout-- my trainer talked about how important that is in general b/c our bodies get used to whatever it is we do all the time. I found that transitioning from the elliptical to the bike was tougher than I expected, but in a good way. :)
