So today I got on the scale and to my surprise, I've lost so weight! Yeah it might be all water weight but at least lose numbers are dropping! I have been drinking a lot of water which is really hard for me. Water sometimes can make me gag but I'm on it now!!! I have REALLY changed my eating habits and sticking to MY diet plan. I hope that this first weekend of my lifestyle change is a successful one because I would really hate to gain those lbs back.
