I posted a 2.5 loss for the week. I haven't been able to journal but that is OK because I have been away living and doing. Last weekend went to the apple orchard. I did take a few bites of an apple. It was fun running around picking the apples and climbing trees. Our exchange student loved the experience too. Yesterday was walking through the store looking at all the food and was having cravings--I love Fall comfort foods but I didn't fall victim to my whims and made some good choices for foods to have around the house. This week I will cut back even further with my carb intake.
252.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Check out the substitutions for common comfort foods, and make them your NEW comfor foods. There are lots of great recipes on here.

Thanks I will need some replacement CFs--I went over on carbs yesterday for that very reason---Need to remind myself of my goals and have replacements at hand
