Weighed in at Jenny Craig and I lost 0.8 pounds since July 7. At least I lost. I am keeping pretty busy trying to go through old stuff (which is good)throwing away garbage items (old, old papers I no longer need) and giving away what I no longer want (haven't used for over a year or more) and trying to part with the emotional items. I need to do more strength and core workouts to boost my metabolism to lose fat, inches, and weight and to gain more strength and muscle. Tomorrow is another day . . . Until next weigh in.
