Sugar is baaaadddd! I have been eating a whole waffle instead of a 1/2, I have been drinking sweet tea and root beer. Candy, candy, chocolate.

Let's get back to this!! I cannot fit into my dresses pretty well.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
