I forgot just how difficult this diet is when you are not prepared with lost of variety in the fridge. Most difficult for me is at work right now with all the treats and endless cookies, breads, rolls, and just about everything else! I did give in to a bowl of cereal yesterday at work for lunch. It was great! But NOT on the list. So, back on track and it is only day 7, sigh.
