Well, I’ve been waiting to slip under 150. That is a big deal for me.
It shows that my goal is in sight!
Unfortunately, I got there by working an 18 hour day yesterday and not having time for dinner, so the whole day was fueled on one protein bar, some salad and a nectarine. Not enough!
I am sure, if i look, that I will be back up to 151 or 152 or 153 in the next day or so- but I like to be diligent and record whatever the scale says, first thing in the morning, without clothing. And, today, I got lucky!

I’m still aiming for our vacation that begins on Aug 7th to have achieved the majority of my weight loss goal ( from 159 to 140 which is where I want to stay...) and I know that I will not lose 9 pounds in 3 weeks... we’ll just keep at it and see what happens between now and Aug 7.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
