Guess I'll go back to eating more than once a day.
125.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah Steven i m done w that but I did have a pop tart today and a pretzel bun, lol. My leg workout kicked my butt though was real good. Feel great. 3 days of a deficit works for me lol. HCB I had to lose some fat I put on from the smoking cessation lol. I'm all good. I don't mind being 130 at all. Thanks everyone I'm doing great :-)

Good job, Misty! My workout kicked my butt today. I kept telling myself to lay back, but I ain't engineered that way. lol

Good job Warren! I was just telling dh I did Not want to do my leg workout today. But, like clockwork I plugged everything in and pressed play. Lots of squats and lunges today. Glad I did it.
