I've been on Medifast for almost two weeks now and I have already seen seven pounds fly out the door! I'm very enthusiastic about this plan and have been able to stick with it and not feel deprived in any way.

My mother-in-law is also using Medifast. I know, I know... weight loss advice from your MIL, what a horrifying idea right? But she has actually been super helpful and encouraging and that has meant a lot to me.

I'm in this for the long haul, but six months to a year of strict dieting, is nothing compared to 27 years of being overweight!
