I've gained a bit of weight because of having to study so much. Basically little exercise and stress eating DX.
110.2 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1433 kcal Fat: 51.47g | Prot: 37.80g | Carb: 204.42g.   Breakfast: Prawns, Chocolate Flavor Hazelnut Spread, Peanut Butter, Milk, Uncle Tobys Cheerios. Lunch: White Bread, Woolworths Select Frozen Mixed Berries, Vanilla Ice Creams. Dinner: Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Bar, Milo Oatie Bar, Indomie Mi Goreng Noodles. Snacks/Other: Peaches. more...

it's hard! I know stress eating oh too well! You will get back on track don't stress too much :)
