no way I could have passed that week without carbs. I relapsed on a single piece of sushi and a friggen large poutine. I dont know if thats what caused it but it also could have been that I didn't drink enough water. I also haven't excercised since friday since i'm in exams.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
