I fell off the wagon and emotional eating took over. I shot up 10 lbs and I'm back down 10 lbs again. I've changed from the keto diet to a more diverse "nutritarian" diet that has very few animal products. Vegan 4 days out of the week and I'll have meat once a week and fish once a week except for fish oil capsules I take for omega 3 on a daily basis. Most of what I'm eating is unprocessed and plant-based. So far I'm feeling good. Unlike the keto diet I'm dealing with cravings for junk food. It can be hard but I'm keeping my eye on the prize. I'll let myself have a cheat meal once a week if I feel I've earned it.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
