I did SO WELL yesterday and I'm very excited that the scale is showing a loss today!!! I love when it is even pound numbers, I don't know why. I'm really focusing on not drinking my calories. I love milk and I will never forgo my morning glass of skim, but aside from no calorie black coffee water has been the only other thing I'm drinking during the work week. Yes I'm allowing myself a few glasses of wine on the weekend but that is it.

EATING:
B: Special K + milk
L: Yogurt + strawberries + blueberries
S: Popcorn, cheese, jello, fudgsicle, coffee
D: Apple + Clementine

EXERCISE:
DVD

WATER:
6 glasses!

THREE THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR TODAY:
1)A good night's sleep
2)Two good grades so far and waiting on the third! (B's are good to me!!!)
3)Morton's Steakhouse for my birthday dinner w/ Salem this weekend!

See when it's a birthday we all indulge... so don't beat yourself up for enjoying your brother's birthday!!! :) I plan on eating steak, mashed potatoes.. the whole nine yards! Lol. That's why my "official" weigh in is on Friday... so if I'm bad during the weekend I have the whole week to recover!
