Didn't weigh yesterday because I was in a hotel in LA visiting Mike. I'm noticing that even at restaurants I can only eat til I'm full...amazing!! Had a large half-sandwich (Jewish deli) and some watermelon and 2 tiny mandarins yesterday. Getting excited!
136.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
