I appreciate your help, but in terms of most of that advice, I've a veteran. I'm actually trying to heal from the level of obsession I had with recording weight and food etc.
I forgot my fitbit charger at home in NYC so I'm getting it sent to me, I'd already be working out except that i misplaced my clothes, so buying new clothes isnt actually a good thing:( especially as a college student strapped for cash, haha.
I've gotten into spinning, particularly back in NY (I go to school in Ohio), and I will be taking a yoga class when school starts. Funnily enough, I actually have the skinny taste cookbook. But I also use Blue Apron food service, which really has widened my palette, though it's not exactly the perfect picture of health. I'm still mindful of what I eat I just haven't been recording all of it.
So long story short, I've hit most if not all the bases. It's more important to me that I'm happy with myself first. More than once I've hated myself during the process because some of those elements mentioned have taken over my life.
