Feel good.. even though it doesn't show on my weigh in I'm down a half lb today sooo hooray! I did better with my carbs yesterday.. still didn't get past 13 net carbs but i'm doing better to get near 20.. actually today COULD be my first day of OWL but I'm not sure if I am ready to leave induction.. I keep fluctuating. Well another day another something lost. woooo!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure that you measure if you haven't already. Sometimes we will think that we are in a stall, but continue to loose size. Remember that you need 12-15 NET carbs from veggies. After you succeed at that, the 20 will come naturally.
