Went to Solvang with Danny yesterday and had fish and chips (with fries and coleslaw). Had a lot of watermelon for "dinner" and pee'd a lot in the late evening and once in the middle of the night. I weighed 138.2 or so this morning but had a BM and weighed again...this time, 137.4!! Danny's going to be in S.F. with Janell and Jessica, and I'm spending Monday night in Koreatown visiting Mike until Tuesday late afternoon or so. Didn't sleep as well last night as I did Friday night, but I cut back on Seroquel back to 300 mg and 200 of trazodone. Ended up in the wee hours taking 1/3 of an alprazolam and the 2nd half of generic lunesta. Supposed to hang with Gerlinde after 2 pm today, but am going to TRY to extricate myself so I can have some quiet and peace and hopefully sleep better and earlier tonight. Today, I've just had 2 coffees and am getting ready for my usual toast and SF jam.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
