Happy! Just got back from my weigh in. I lost 8.5 lbs. YEAH!!!! I worked really hard last week and it paid off. I was very careful and I docomented EVERYTHING I ate. I knew I had a good week but I had no idea it was that good. I'm excited about the weeks to come. Still need to incorporate the exercise. So tired in the evenings when I get home. Gotta find a plan that works. I feel better already and I can only imagine how good I'm going to feel when I get down to my ideal weight. I pray that I stay motivated. I've pretended that I was okay with this for a few years now. I'm not okay with it and I'm tired of pretending. Yes, I am vein but it's not about vanity anymore. It's about feeling good and being healthy!!! I can't take it anymore!!!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

omgosh .... CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You've lost a 5lb bag of potatoes and a 3.5 lb bag of ice (sometimes that's how I have to look at it). Try holding those things up and realize that you no longer have that on your body! Great job!
