I m getting reay to give up

Don't give up...I was that way 70+ pounds ago. You can do it..We are here to help. Besides Im always willing to help another tall person. Nice to see regular sized people in the world. lol

Don't give up,i went through what you are going through doing Thanksgiving. I gained 8lbs,but i remembered what i needed to do.Eat the way i was eating before the Holiday.
