As far as my physical activity, I'm trying to get more exercise in daily. I take quick 10 minute walks on my am & pm breaks. Get a workout in after work if I can, taking a line-dancing class once a week, and having some fun over the weekend which involves outdoor play with the family. I can always use more activity and know that every little bit helps.
