Wednesday, weigh in day. Its been a good week. I am starting to add more activity now that I feel I have the daily food intake under control. I feel so much better getting all the junk out of my system. My energy and concentration are better. I tried to drink a little Dr. Pepper the other day and after a few sips, just didn't want it. Clean eating is a much better option. Hope everyone is having a blessed week.
