I resisted a feeding frenzy yesterday, i had all the goodies in my hands and only asked myselve to write it down before gobbling it down. It was spoiling my average soo much, that i found the strength to put it all back. And i got a healthier alternative... but when i was writing that down, i thought i really wasn't hungry. And my craving was not for the ricecrackers, so i put them back too.
Scale rewarded me today, 99.8 yeah! Lowest since 6 years... at least.

Congratulations on your will power. I really want to be under 200 lbs by the New Year - yet we keep having these holiday gatherings with all kinds of food. Then I've wretched my knee somehow...but I don't want to quit my daily walks for exercise. This is going to be hard, but what satisfaction we'll have when we meet our goals!
