This weekend as usual I occupied my time with running five miles and then I went to a fun boot camp class. On Sunday I ran five miles and then went to zumba class. The bootcamp class was a great change up. I could see that my dvd workouts are paying off I could hang during the vast majority of the exercises. THis week coming up I have so much going on so I do not want to stress eat as I normally do.

Diet followed reasonably well.
