Doing nothing different other than walking A LOT. Usually a 4.5 mile walk every morning about 6:15 am. Yesterday we went whole hog and put in a 7.5 mile walk. Sheeesh!

Maybe that's helping because I'm not doing anything different.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
