Yay! Finally in Onederland! I have my annual physical exam on Monday and can't wait to see my PCP's face! I was about 60 lbs heavier last year. She had recommended me for bariatric surgery but I told her I wanted to give one more try on my own a shot first. Boy, am I glad I didn't go for the surgery! I wanted to be down more but I'll take it. According to my insurance plan, once I have lost 75 lbs I can get a panniculectomy. I obviously need to keep going with the weight loss, but it is reassuring to know that when I have gotten down to my goal weight, I can have the procedure covered.
