Well I doubt I've lost 9 lbs since last weeks Dr.'s visits, but I'll take it as a sign I'm going in the right direction.

Need to stick with my game plan of emptying out my freezer and cooking from home more than eating out. Not easy when cooking for one. Example is the Cauliflower soup I made night before last. I think it turned out pretty good, considering I made it very bland so that picky coworkers could try it. I figured it would serve 6 but it looks more like 8 so need to reconfigure calories.

Should be a productive weekend staying indoors with the ac. High is supposed to be 120+ on Sunday. Happy Fathers Day y'all.
294.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 129.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
