Truth! There are no shortcuts when it comes to a healthy lifestyle and fitness. This journey is not easy and to be honest the challenging part of this journey is not the exercising and strict diet plan....it's living in a world where people don't understand your life style.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
