No idea how I gained .2 lbs while eating less than 80% of RDI. Protein was not on target and carbs were high. No exercise yesterday so perhaps the RDI is wrong since it is based upon moderate exercise.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
Protein pushes water out of our cells and carbs take water in. So if you have a higher carb day, you are taking in more water. It does not mean fat. That's why it's easy to gain, when you go off low carb (any diet actually).
