Today is a new day for me. I have been 1 wk without smoking. Getting a divorce and starting a new career. I have put off getting my life together for too long. I'm excited about my new life. I will not give up or make excuses. I will excercise and eat healthy, my cholesterol has been high and want to get it down and feel healthier. I am not getting any younger and now is the time to start. No more putting off.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
