I think i am going to really like the IF beast challenge. I may contune on after this challenge ends. I was doing the 18/6 for a cuple weeks and i liked that also. but now my weight is fighting me so i will step it up some..
179.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
