I haven't documented my carbs but I have decreased my beer consuption to 1-2 glasses of red wine. I would like to get back down to 175-180. I felt good at that level. I seem to forget about carb counting on the weekends and in the evening. If I can pre-prepare easy low carb meals I think I would be more successful.

GOAL: 180

How to get there:
-Keep accurate log
-Don't give into temptation
-Prepare easy snack meals
-Decrease/limit alcohol consumption
-Increase water consuption

191.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 21.0 lb a week
