As expected from a traveling work day, the scale is up. I debated putting the number in but did it anyway. Food was spot on,4 hours driving and interviews/meetings all day yesterday (water was WAYYY down) but managed to get in almost 9000 steps.
Went to dinner after work with a coworker I don't get to see often. Bahama Breeze, outside on the patio with live music, chicken cobb salad and great conversation. Then on the way out, I slipped on a greasy spot near the bar and fell. Next thing I know, two arms are lifting me off the ground and back on my feet. I expected it to be a waiter but it was a man from the end of the bar. Really nice to help a stranger like that.
Today is busy but good and massage later after work is sounding better and better.
