22. Thank you to the fallen.

Place holder weight. Tomorrow I get to lift. Today is my last rest day, and it already seems the iron supplement may be taking hold. It has been three years since I've taken any, and I remember how well I felt at that time. I'd forgotten the symptoms.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay, Bruce! "tomorrow I GET to lift"...it's only been a week and already I am starting to feel that way. SO much more fun than straight cardio! Go get 'em!

I am so ready, Laura. Days not lifting can be harder than days lifting. This last time, they switched at the end. I was so worn out. I lifted but everything was a struggle. I wanted to, but I couldn't. It was a clear indication of the need for this deload. Thanks for your support.
