Did not take a picture of myself but did look in the mirror i used my mini challenge with push up and sit ups for arms and gut. Tai chi for the rest of my body.

oh ok here we go lost 1lb so far sweet too bad i had gain eight so lets see if i break even to 220lbs by end of Dec. Getting harder to stay motivated with less and less day light and colder weather.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
