Firelair's Journal, 29 November 2011

This month is a bust as far as getting anywhere near the weight loss I had in Octoboer, which is fine, since it's the beginning of the holidays, so I expect it. Plus this month and the beginning of next month will be the most stressful...so it had an impact.

Turned in my Bio Test eventhough the instructor gave us 2 more days to work on it. I'd rather just get it off of my plate so I can concentrate on the other stuff. Just gonna plow away at the Bio Report so I can turn it in soon, then move on to my Humanities paper and Speech...then to study for FINALS (definitely an "F" word, with the ghastly connotations that go along with it).

Currently feeling: Tired, not unusual..
Overall throughout the day: Unmotivated. Had a blast at kick-boxxing though, and met a very nice girl named Jennifer, who said she had recently been 400 lbs...she couldn't have been more than 5'7, and it looked to me as if she had lost quite a bit of that weight (maybe 50lbs-70lbs?), and I look forward to getting to know her. =)
169.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad you enjoyed the kick boxing session! It sounds interesting with your new friend. Maybe you (and we) can learn something new? Or she can?

I'm so jealous that you get to do kickboxing! Glad to hear you're making friends, maybe that will keep you going to kickboxing and motivated! :D keep it up lady and don't let the stress get to you too much.
