hurt my knee this week, so now will need to get exercise only with stomach work, core and planks until MRI next week, but food plan is going really well. I sat next to brownies and cookies for 4 hours on memorial day and did not even WANT them at all. Feeling strong about avoiding processed sugar. Just made an egg white and spinach omelet and slices of pineapple; (my friends told me that's a natural anti inflammatory).
169.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
