still nursing a bad knee, so I've cut down calories just a little. not starving myself but making sure to eat a big dinner EARLIER before 7 and then making sure to stay on my feet till 930pm or 10pm. Taking naps too helps during the day!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
